Lou and Al,

Beyond security, there is an additional concern about MS products: reliability. My linux servers, at home and work, routinely stay up for months on end. And when there is a major system problem, it is usually possible to fix it without bringing the system down. This would seem to be pretty important vis-a-vis data integrity. I don't follow all the technical discussions closely, so I'm guessing this problem has already been addressed, but it is something to keep in mind.
