ELECTION REVIEW COMMITTEE
1/6/2005
1. Call to order, roll call and introductions.
2. Select Vice Chair and Recording Secretary.
3. Clarify objective: (From Press Release 11/10/04: “…to look into what caused the delay in receiving a final count of votes in the November 2 election and determine what can be done to ensure that such a delay will not happen in the future.”)
4. Adopt Committee Bylaws for conducting Committee business. (see attached proposed sample)
5. Identify process/procedures to be utilized for the investigation/inquiry (see attached proposed process/procedure).
6. Presentation to Committee: An overview of 2004 election process by Ms. Linda Salas, Boulder County Clerk and Recorder, and staff.
7. Scheduling of Meetings: dates, times, place and tentative deadline for Final Report of Committee.
8. Other business and committee members’ comments.
9. Public comments.
10. Adjourn.
