For the convenience of people trying to follow citations to individual pages of the released proposal, part of the released PDFs have been converted to html using pdftohtml) and links to the individual pages of the proposal are included below.

WARNING: The larger PDFs have been broken into several html files, but the resulting htmls files are still rather large, and slow to load in browsers with inefficient html parsers. I haven't yet come up with a decent way to convert them to ascii text... links does not well render the html produced by pdftohtml in "generate complex document", and in the default mode the marginal insets are all mixed in with the main body of text. If anyone has better suggestions for converting these, please let me know!
