PROCESS/PROCEDURE.

1. Committee Review, Investigation, and Inquiry:

1.1 Invitations or requests for appearances/testimony before the Committee:

1. Clerk and Recorder

   b. Election staff (professional and volunteers).

   c. Vendor of election system (Hart).

   d. Citizens.

   e. Candidates’ campaign staffs.

   f. Printer (Eagle Direct).

   g. Secretary of State’s office.

   h. Manufacturer of scanners (Kodak).

2. Consultants and other retained experts.

   j. Such others as the Committee may deem necessary.

1.2 On-site visits/demonstrations.

1.3 Outside documentation.

1.4 Outside technical analysis.

2. Conclusion of review/investigation/inquiry.

5. Determination of findings.

6. Analysis/discussion of findings.

7. Conclusions and recommendations based upon findings.
